Arthur Bates opened his namesake on July 3, 1948 describing it as "a beautiful restaurant, conceived with exacting care . . . dedicated to people who appreciate fine food graciously served in an atmosphere of luxury and beauty." Fifty-five years later, owner Mohsen Heidari is continuing in the same grand tradition. Over time, Arthur's moved from its original location on McKinney Avenue to the Campbell Center on Central Expressway in 1973 and, most recently, to Quorum Drive in Addison in 2001. With each move, Arthur's does nothing but improve.

Arthur's offers a grand setting and high style for their guests to relax and enjoy fine dining and nightly piano entertainment. Filled with oil paintings, statues and rich, dark woods, the dining room is both elegant and comfortable. Designed to dazzle but not be pretentious, Arthur's invites you to dine with them in the same way a friend invites you to their home.
